Head to Toe Yoga Would you like to be stronger, more flexible, have more balance, be more relaxed and more focused? Then this is the class for you. Designed to work all the major muscle groups in order to gradually build strength and flexibility, HEAD TO TOE YOGA helps you release stress. We create a safe and positive space for students to learn and move. HEAD TO TOE YOGA will show students a variety of poses that can be modified in a sequence that is interesting an engaging for you and your body from head to toe.
Instructor: Anna Robles Date: Saturday, September 18, 2010 Duration: 6 weeks Time: 8:30am to 9:30am Cost: $60 for 6 weeks OR $12 walk-in per session Materials: Please dress in comfortable clothes. Please bring yoga mat and blanket if possible - some will be available for use from instructor.
